Included support
- Help with missing download links or product access issues.
- Clarification about included files and intended template use.
- Correction of confirmed file packaging errors.
Not included
- Custom consulting, network design, backup design, implementation, or troubleshooting.
- Emergency support, on-call support, managed services, or live technical operations.
- Reviewing or validating a buyer's live production environment.
- Phone support or guaranteed real-time response.
