Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

ClearStack Docs sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are limited once files have been delivered.
Before purchasing
Buyers should review the product description, included-file list, watermarked preview images, license terms, and support policy before checkout.
Refunds may be considered for
- Duplicate purchases of the same product.
- Failed delivery where the buyer cannot access the purchased files.
- Confirmed packaging errors, missing files, or corrupted downloads that ClearStack Docs cannot correct.
Refunds are generally not provided for
- Change-of-mind purchases after download.
- Requests for consulting, customization, implementation, troubleshooting, or managed support.
- Situations where the product was purchased but the buyer later decides it is not suitable for their environment.
Checkout provider
Checkout, payment processing, receipts, and digital file delivery are handled by Payhip or the active storefront provider. Their checkout terms may also apply.
